Jake was born and raised in St Augustine and entered into real estate investing in 2019
to help offer property solutions for those in unique situations. He studied at the University of North Florida and was a member of the golf team – hence the name, “One Putt.” He is outgoing and loves to meet new people, and his specialty is creating win- win solutions for homeowners in the community.

She has a bachelor’s degree from Marshall University in West Virginia. In her free time, Hanna enjoys the Florida sunshine and spending time with her French Bulldog, Bug.

from work, she enjoys spending time with her Dachshund, Theo, trying new restaurants
and relaxing on the beach.
